These Terms & Conditions apply to services provided by Restore My Headlights and to use of RestoreMyHeadlights.net. By requesting, booking, purchasing, or receiving a service, you agree to the terms that apply to that service.
Quotes and pricing
Website prices, “starting at” prices, estimates, and photo-based quotes may vary based on vehicle, lens size and shape, oxidation, prior coatings or restoration work, damage, accessibility, travel distance, and other conditions discovered before or during service. We will communicate material pricing changes before performing additional paid work whenever reasonably possible.
Mobile service and travel fees
Restore My Headlights is a mobile service. Service-area limits, travel charges, parking costs, tolls, or other location-based fees may apply depending on the appointment location. Any separate mobile or travel fee disclosed during booking, on a voucher, or in campaign terms is charged in addition to the voucher or base service price unless expressly stated otherwise.
Appointments and access
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate service location and ensuring the vehicle is legally and safely accessible at the appointment time. A suitable work area may be required. Weather, building rules, parking restrictions, safety conditions, or inadequate access may require rescheduling or relocation.
Cancellations, rescheduling, and no-shows
Please provide reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Repeated last-minute cancellations, no-shows, or circumstances that prevent service after arrival may result in a booking restriction or a fee when such a fee was disclosed before booking.
Headlight condition and expected results
Headlight restoration improves many lenses affected by exterior UV oxidation, yellowing, cloudiness, and surface deterioration. Results vary. Restoration cannot correct every condition, including certain internal lens damage, internal moisture, cracks, deep pitting, failed internal components, severe prior coating damage, structural damage, or deterioration that extends beyond the restorable exterior surface.
Previously restored or coated headlights
Headlights that have been previously sanded, polished, painted, clear-coated, ceramic-coated, repaired, or otherwise modified may require additional preparation and labor. These conditions may affect price, service time, achievable results, and durability.
UV protection and durability
When included with the selected service, a UV-protective finish or coating is applied after restoration. Longevity depends on vehicle storage, sun exposure, climate, washing chemicals, abrasives, road conditions, and maintenance. Any specific written guarantee or warranty provided with your booked service controls over general website statements.
Customer inspection
Customers should inspect the completed work when service is finished and promptly raise any concern. We will make reasonable efforts to address legitimate service concerns consistent with the service purchased and the pre-existing condition of the headlights.
Payments
Payment is due according to the terms presented at booking, purchase, or completion of service. Payments may be processed through third parties such as Square or Groupon. Third-party purchases, refunds, credits, chargebacks, and vouchers may also be subject to the processor's or marketplace's own terms.
Refunds
Because headlight restoration is a labor-based service performed on a specific vehicle, completed services are generally not returnable like a retail product. If you believe there is a problem with completed work, contact us promptly so we can review the concern. Refunds, corrections, or re-service, when appropriate, are evaluated based on the circumstances and any written guarantee applicable to the service.

We try to keep website information accurate and current, but availability, pricing, service areas, promotions, descriptions, and other details may change. Website content does not create a guarantee beyond an expressly stated written service guarantee.
Limitation related to pre-existing conditions
Restore My Headlights is not responsible for defects, damage, failures, or conditions that existed before service or that are unrelated to the exterior restoration work performed, including electrical failures, internal headlight defects, leaks, cracks, prior repairs, paint damage, or fragile aftermarket components.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The effective date above will be updated when revised terms are posted.
